Structural Secrets: Analysing the Bimodal Cellulose Clustering in Onion Cell Wall Lamellae

The bimodal angular pattern of the cellulose fiber orientations in the onion cell wall peels. The cellulose fibers in the tomograms cluster by their orientation relative to the cell’s long axis, creating horizontal layers with following a bimodal angular pattern.
